Admission Process

At City Branch – Suraj Gyan Modern Public School, Gandhi Nagar, Konch, we strive to provide a quality learning experience in a warm and supportive environment that helps every child grow and succeed. We value our students and staff, and our admission procedure is designed to be clear, convenient, and stress-free for parents.

Step 1: Enquiry

Parents may fill out the enquiry form and visit the Admission Office at the City Branch. Our counsellor will assist you with all necessary information and guide you through the admission process.

Step 2: Registration & Documents

Parents are required to visit the school office to complete the registration form and collect the school prospectus. Please bring the following documents:

  • » Recent passport-size photographs of the child (5) and parents (3 Mother’s and 3 Father’s)
  • » Self-attested Date of Birth Certificate / Aadhaar Card (child and parents)
  • » Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
  • » Latest mark sheet (photocopy)

Step 3: School Visit & Interaction

Parents/Guardians are welcome to visit the campus to get familiar with the school’s environment and academic system. A meeting with the Principal can be arranged with prior appointment to discuss any queries and understand the school’s approach in detail.

Step 4: Admission Completion

To complete the admission, parents must submit the filled admission form along with all required documents. In case the child needs any special care or support due to health reasons, parents are requested to inform the school in advance.
